One of my favorite times of year - 11 weeks of dropping science (anatomy and physiology) with my amazing co-teachers. Our training combines a solid grounding in the ancient philosophy with a modern understanding of the body, and of course tons of physical yoga, explained then embodied, to refine your personal practice and prepare you to start your teaching journey.
